1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and p829 ("we," "us," "our," "the Company," "the Platform") governing your use of the p829 online gaming platform, website, and all related services accessible at p829.cam and associated domains. 2.3 Legal Capacity

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. You represent that you are not subject to any legal restrictions that would prevent you from participating in online gaming activities. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent, are under guardianship, or have been excluded from gaming activities by court order are not eligible to use p829 services.

2.4 Responsible Gaming Exclusions

Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. 3.3 Account Security

Accounts registered with false, misleading, or fraudulent information will be immediately terminated, and all funds may be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

p829 accepts deposits through various payment methods popular in the Philippines, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), direct bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major banks, over-the-counter payments at 7-Eleven via Cliqq, cryptocurrency transfers (USDT TRC20), and Coins.ph. All payment methods must be registered in your legal name and verified as belonging to you.

Using third-party payment methods, accounts belonging to other individuals, or stolen payment information is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Deposits made through unauthorized payment methods will be reversed, accounts closed, and law enforcement notified.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is fifty Philippine pesos (₱50). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. p829 reserves the right to deduct administrative fees from withdrawals in cases where accounts demonstrate patterns consistent with bonus abuse or money laundering. Standard withdrawals for legitimate gaming activity are not subject to fees.

5.4 Rejected Withdrawals

We may reject withdrawal requests if verification documents are incomplete or fraudulent, if the payment method cannot be verified as belonging to you, if the withdrawal amount violates bonus terms, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Rejected withdrawals will be returned to your p829 account balance, and you will be notified of the reason for rejection.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse bonuses

9. Account Suspension and Termination

p829 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated, if we suspect fraudulent activity, if we cannot verify your identity to our satisfaction, if required by law or regulatory authority, or if your account has been inactive for an extended period with a remaining balance.

Upon termination, you forfeit the right to access your account and any funds therein if termination resulted from fraudulent activity or Terms violations. If termination is for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any administrative costs, subject to verification.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing an account, you must withdraw all funds and forfeit any active bonuses. Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10.3 Third-Party Services

p829 integrates with third-party game providers, payment processors, and service providers. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or content of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Complaint Process

We will investigate all complaints thoroughly and respond within seven (7) business days. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication with our support team.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through customer support, you may escalate it to our management team by sending a detailed written complaint via email. Include your account details, description of the issue, relevant dates, and any supporting documentation. Management will review escalated complaints within fourteen (14) business days.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of p829 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

11.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. Mediation shall be conducted by a neutral third party agreed upon by both parties, with costs shared equally.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

12.1 Modifications

p829 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and prominently displayed on our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of p829 services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12.2 Notification

We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of significant changes to these Terms at least seven (7) days before they take effect. However, certain changes required by law or necessary for security reasons may be implemented immediately without advance notice.

12.3 Acceptance of Changes

If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must cease using p829 services and may close your account. Continuing to use our platform after Terms modifications constitutes your binding acceptance of the new Terms.
